Annual General Meeting (AGM) 📅 Date: May 26, 2026📍 Location: Lodgepole Community Hall🕒 Time: 7 pm The Lodgepole Recreational Society invites all members of the community to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is an important opportunity to review the past year, discuss upcoming plans, and participate in the future direction of our community hall and programming. Board Elections The following positions are up for election this year: Secretary Three (3) Directors at Large If you are interested in running for a board position and you are a member in good standing for at least 4 months, you must submit a Board Nomination/Application Form at least 21 days prior to the AGM. Applicants will be notified within one (1) week regarding their eligibility to run. Get Involved We encourage community members to get involved, share their ideas, and help shape the future of the Lodgepole Community Hall.
