Welcome to the very first edition of the Lodgepole Community Hub Newsletter! We’re excited to keep you in the loop as we breathe new life into the Lodgepole Community Hall and bring our neighbours together for meaningful events, programs, and celebrations.

Thank you to everyone who has already supported our journey—whether through volunteering, attending meetings, or simply cheering us on.

Renovation Update

We’re thrilled to share that we’ve started gathering quotes and securing funding for hall upgrades, including:

• Interior Painting
• Door and Locks Repairs or Replacement
• Plumbing Repairs
• Outside Beautification – Painting walkway, and others TBD
• Entryway Refresh
• more to be announced as it becomes available…..

What’s Coming Up

• Hall Closure for Renovations – Now through August 22, 2025

The Lodgepole Community Hall will be closed for essential renovations, including painting, door & lock replacements, and other upgrades. We appreciate your patience and can’t wait to welcome you back to a safer, refreshed space!

• Quad Rally Fundraiser – August 30, 2025

Mark your calendars! Join us for a fun-filled day on the trails in support of the Lodgepole Hall community events. There will be prizes, food, and lots of community spirit—more details coming soon on how to register and get involved.

A big thank you to Rory McIntosh for offering to craft handmade wooden plaques for our upcoming Sponsorship Recognition Wall. These beautiful pieces will proudly display the names and logos of the businesses and individuals who help make our hall renovation possible.
