Welcome to the 3rd Annual Mike Edgar Memorial Poker Rally happening on August 30h, 2025 at the Lodgepole Hall. Grab your poker face and join us for a day filled with fun, games, and memories of Mike Edgar. The event starts at 8:00 AM so make sure to arrive early to secure your spot at the tables. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a beginner, this event is open to all poker enthusiasts. Come out and show your support while enjoying a day of friendly competition and camaraderie. It’s a mix of mud, hills, and off-road driving, forming a big figure 8, designed to keep you on the edge of your seat. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just love a good ride, this rally is for everyone! Schedule: 8 am to 10 am:  Registration - Pick up your poker hands and dinner tickets.  Purchase 50/50 tickets. 9:45 am to 10 am:  Riders Meeting - All riders must attend. 10 am to 4:30 pm:  Poker Rally Begins 12 pm to 10 pm:  Door Prizes 5pm to 5:30pm: Announce the Poker Ralley Winners & Prizes 5 pm to 6:30 pm:  Dinner is served 8 pm to 12 am:  Cronic Dawgs Perform 12 pm to 9 pm:  Silent Auction Bidding 10 pm:  Final 50/50 Draw Here’s what’s in store: - **Live Music**: 🎸 Cronic Dawgs will be rocking the newly resurfaced covered outdoor rink area. There’s plenty of room for dinner and dancing 💃🕺 after a day of fun-filled activities and poker rallying. - **BBQ Steak Dinner**: Enjoy a delicious BBQ steak dinner catered by Sullivan Meats. Fresh and hot off the grill, along with all the fixings. ($40/plate, includes 1 non-alcoholic beverage).  - **Camping**: There’s approximately 4-5 acres of spacious camping area ⛺️ on site, perfect for welcoming families for the long weekend. Enjoy a group fire pit and horseshoe pits for some extra fun. Camping spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. - **Registration & Prizes**: Registration opens at 8:00 am, with the rally kicking off at 10:00 am. We have amazing door prizes for riders upon their return. Don’t forget to check the sponsor table to see if you’ve won! - **Poker Hands & Cash Prizes**: Additional poker hands ♥️♦️♠️♣️ are available for purchase on-site for cash. Top hands will win guaranteed 🥇 $1000, 🥈 $500, and 🥉 $250, plus 20% split of ticket sales between the 3 positions! - **50/50 Draws & Silent Auction**: Participate in 50/50 draws (please bring cash) and bid on fantastic silent auction items. - **Beer Gardens & Food Truck**: 🍻 Enjoy the beer gardens (cash only) and grab a bite from Doppers food truck, available Friday to Sunday. -**Hush Nordic Spa**: After a long day of riding, experience Hot Sauna and Cold Plunge. Donations accepted. Bring your swim gear so you dont miss out on this experience. **Important Notes**: - **Family-Friendly**: This is a family-friendly event, but please supervise your little ones due to moving vehicles. The Red Balloon Garage Sale – July 12, 2025 Get ready for a day of treasure hunting, community spirit, and fun surprises! The Lodgepole Recreational Society invites you to join us for the Red Balloon Garage Sale, a community-wide event happening on Saturday, July 12th. How it works:Residents of Lodgepole are encouraged to set up garage sales at their own homes. When you sign up, you’ll receive a red balloon to display at your sale so shoppers can easily find participating locations. Community Scavenger Hunt:We’re adding even more excitement with a garage sale scavenger hunt!Each participating household will receive a unique item to hide somewhere in their garage sale setup. Shoppers will try to spot and snap photos of each item as they visit the sales. Prize Alert!The first person to find all scavenger hunt items and show proof will win a $100 Walmart gift card, generously donated by a local community member!
